Straw Craft is an ancient craft which has been practised for thousands of years, but unfortunately has been placed on the Heritage Crafts red list of endangered crafts. At Cogges Manor Farm, we are lucky to have a Straw Craft expert, Anne Pounds who is pa rt of our brilliant Volunteer Team. Anne has been practising Straw Craft for over 50 years and is a recognised member of the Strawcrafsmen. Anne is running a series of Straw Craft Workshops at Cogges this year. This introductory session is perfect if you've wanted to have a go at this fantastic craft and wasn't sure where to start. In this relaxed half day session, you'll learn to make a stunning straw Dragonfly - a perfect piece for summer ☀️ 🗓️Date: Saturday 11th July 🕙Time: 🎟️Cost: £40/£36 for Annual Ticket Holders.
