This low-impact workout is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance, strengthen and tone your muscles, and enhance your flexibility. With a special emphasis on core and abdominal strengthening, this class is perfect for all levels seeking a balanced, effective workout that builds a stronger, leaner physique. Classes are friendly, relaxed and put together so as to encourage you to achieve your aims/improve your overall health and wellness. Every Monday and Wednesday.
